The best of all our Samurai Swords for sale, the Elite range is our highest-quality Katana. Made with Clay Tempered blades, these beautiful and authentic specimens have been lovingly handforged and handcrafted by artisans who have spared no expense or attention to detail in their workmanship.
What makes our Elite Swords, Elite?
The biggest difference is the quality of the artwork, which is incredibly detailed and of much higher quality than our other ranges. Details on the Tsuka, Saya, Fuchi & Kashira are much finer and ornate on the higher-priced swords.
In addition, the blades are built to be both flexible and tough - using the highest-quality hand-forging techniques, to produce a hard blade while still allowing flexibility. This process produces a better blade, but also necessitates a higher price due to the complexity and materials involved.
