Track Your Order

To track your order, please follow this guide:

STEP 1:  In your email, find your "Shipping Confirmation" email.  We will have sent this to you when your order was shipped. In it, you'll find a string of letters and numbers, e.g. "CN1234567890" or similar.  Copy this.

STEP 2:  If you're tracking a sword, please visit the link below and enter your tracking code. This will show you the current status in ParcelForce's system:
Sword tracking: https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace and enter your tracking ID.

If you're tracking a sword stand, these are normally shipped via Royal Mail - so please enter your tracking ID at the link below, to see the status in their system:
